I was blown away by Wilson BBQ. Visiting from Michigan with my wife and daughters, we love BBQ. When we pulled in, the line was long - a good sign! We ordered greens, corn bread dressing, baked beans, Cole slaw, a slab of ribs, a pound of pulled pork, and sausage. All that with strawberry shortcake and banana pudding, because we were too late to get the amazing sounding peach cobbler. Everything was incredible. I'm no slouch with a smoker at home - I use a Lang - but my ribs don't hold a candle to these. They were the right mix of smoke, salt and sweet. The greens were excellent as were all the sides. The service was also very quick considering the line they had. We waited a few minutes for our food then we were on our way, with the woman in the window thanking us profusely for coming to see them. Southern hospitality at its best, and quite possibly the best BBQ I've ever had.

Absolutely moist and flavorful ribs! The peach cobbler was warm and crusty, melt in your mouth. The bbq sauce had a nice zing, this place is a must stop!

I am 56 years old and my husband is 63 and we both agree that this is the best BBQ we have ever eaten. The 2 ladies that were working there were so sweet they let you taste before you buy. I had the 1/2 rack of ribs and my husband had the 1/2 chicken we took some home but wish I would have got the full rack. I can't wait to go back. Best cornbread dressing ever and the greens and homemade cornbread were amazing. If I lived closer don't think I would ever cook again. My new best friends!!!!!!

I read the reviews and decided to visit. I was not disappointed. The food was hot, fast and fabulous. The service was courteous. This is a take out only but I gave them a 5 on "atmosphere" because the experience was end-to-end perfect. Told my friends and family. Will definitely return for more!

By far the best ribs around. Lots of good meat on their ribs and cooked just right. Very friendly people who work there also. When I want ribs it's the only place I consider.

I've been coming here for years for my BBQ fix . The food is always well smoked and seasoned to perfection. I love many of their side orders: the potato salad, baked beans, jambalaya. The bread pudding, OMG the bread pudding is sooooo goood!!! … But seriously, if looking to get some really good BBQ. Definitely stop by. If I'm not mistaken , I believe this is a family owned business as well. So definitely support your local black businesses

I love this place!! It is absolutely Amazing with Very Awesome Customer Service the food is always Great....Friday's and Saturday's you will catch the parking lot full but, it is worth the wait....Oh and please don't forget to ask about Mama's Nana Pudding you can taste the love in it ....

Mmmmmmmm So good! I can not express the taste that I experience when eating there. Their turnip greens, always delicious. I really love their baked potato casserole as a side dish also. Theirs meats always very well seasoned and smoked to perfection. If you are looking for good comforting food, this is the place to go.
