The smoker turns out spare ribs and rib tips, smoked chicken leg quarters, smoked sausage and giant smoked turkey legs. Plates come with two homemade Southern sides (turnip greens, baked beans, mac & cheese, potato salad, Zydeco jambalaya and more) and a roll.
