Wilsons Rib Crib & Express is a soul food kitchen as much as a BBQ shack. Next to the ribs you will find brown gravy oxtails (Thursday through Sunday), smoked turkey legs, turkey wings smoked or fried, Zydeco red beans with fried ribs and smoked chicken plates.
Every plate gets two homemade Southern sides: turnip greens, mac & cheese, baked beans, potato salad, Zydeco jambalaya and more, with hot water cornbread or a roll. Save room for peach cobbler, banana pudding cake or a slice of homemade cake. Sides are $2.99 small or $4.99 large.
